Our account management approach is built around excellent knowledge of your business and transparency in reporting. All clients have at least two staff working on accounts. We like regular monthly meetings, easy access to you and your colleagues and plenty of information on your plans and objectives. In return, we offer detailed reporting, no surprises, agreed fees and regular evaluation of actions to benchmark levels of success.


 

Planned campaign costs

For long term programmes (over three months) Hallmark PR operates on an annual retainer fee for consultancy advice and services. This figure excludes expenses and all bought-in costs, such as photography, print, design etc.

Fees are formulated according to the client budget and the levels of service required to meet the programme's objectives and activities. This will be allocated between the director or account director leading the account and the other members of the team providing day-to-day support.

There may be additional projects that require input from Hallmark PR but are outside the programme of work agreed at the outset. If these projects cannot be accommodated within the agreed monthly retainer, they will be billed as additional items at the normal hourly rates, unless a separate project fee is agreed.
