Worldcom PR Group chooses Hallmark PR as its advisor
Hallmark Public Relations has been appointed to handle the Europe-wide public relations
for the Worldcom Public Relations Group.
The Winchester consultancy, a Worldcom member since 1998, has taken on the task of promoting
the world's largest group of independent PR consultancies, which has 92 members with 108 offices in 35 countries.
In Europe Worldcom has 26 members operating in the UK, Ireland, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece,
Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Russia and Bulgaria.
Director Steve Osborne-Brown is leading the account team. "Worldcom has been growing strongly for the
past 10 years and the European members have chosen Hallmark to be their own public relations adviser.
It's a real accolade for us."
In addition to raising Worldcom's media profile, Hallmark is preparing marketing support material that
includes a group brochure. "As you can imagine, bringing the business cultures of 16 countries together
to express a single corporate message is a challenge, but that's the service that Worldcom offers to
clients," said Steve Osborne-Brown. "The brochure will be designed and produced in Hampshire for Europe-wide distribution."
Hallmark PR is working with fellow member consultancies to launch a targeted marketing campaign that wil
commence at the Worldcom PR Group's annual conference in Rome during April.
"This campaign will promote Worldcom PR Group's services to Europe's leading companies. Hallmark's
actions in the media and the production of marketing materials will support those objectives," he said.
