News archives November 1999 Hallmark PR wins Chilean account Winchester based public relations consultancy, Hallmark Public Relations, has been awarded a major international research project by leading Chilean fertiliser company, SQM. Based in Santiago, SQM operates in over 90 countries manufacturing and supplying chemicals and fertilisers. Hallmark's work will review qualitative and quantitative research into the world-wide use of fertilisers. Managing director, Dr Tom Watson, and senior account manager, Steve Wilson, will handle the account. Tom Watson commented that the consultancy was delighted with the account win.
